Optimal Growing Conditions

Nutrient Management
Eggplants are heavy feeders requiring EC levels of 2.0-3.0 mS/cm and pH of 5.5-6.5. High nitrogen during vegetative growth, then increased phosphorus and potassium during flowering and fruiting. Calcium prevents blossom end rot common in eggplants.
Support and Training

Harvesting Eggplants
